How do I start letting go of those things? It’s like I can’t fully see them so I can’t let go of them

How I did it, was to wait till I was upset about something and work on that thing. Or toward the end it was easy. I wasn’t in denial anymore and I could see everything I disliked.
Oh yea. Anything you dislike is cool. I didn’t like broccoli and it caused way more problems than you would imagine. Strangely I like it now and it happened “without effort”
